Welcome to Baba Solar ("babasolar.in"). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of the Website

• By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products, Pricing, and Modifications

• We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and images of our solar panels, inverters, and accessories as accurately as possible.
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

3. Technical Advice & Installation

• Any free consultations, layout designs, or technical advice provided on the website or via phone/email are directional.
• Baba Solar is not liable for system failures or safety hazards resulting from self-installation or third-party installation not officially contracted through us.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction restricted to the courts of Munger, Bihar.

5. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched from our facility. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

Returns & Replacements

Eligible Items: We accept returns or replacements only for items that arrive physically damaged, are defective out-of-the-box, or if the wrong item was shipped.

Timeframe: You must report any damage or defects within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by emailing babasolarmgr@gmail.com or calling +91 7020827793.

Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

Replacement Timeline: Approved replacements will be delivered within 7–10 working days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team, we will send you an email or message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
